Of course, the best way to know whether we can help you is to give us a call so we can hear your questions in person.  However, in today's busy world that isn't always practical. To help in your search for information we have provided a list of many of the common questions that are asked.  If you don't find the answers you are looking for, remember, we are only a phone call or e-mail away.

Q: Can work be performed on my site?
A: Depending on your needs, work can either be performed at your premises or at WPSS.


Q: What formats can you accept?
A: We can accommodate most input formats and media: Original hardcopy, WP files, Ascii, CD, disk, audio tape


Q: Can you arrange printing and binding services for large documents?
A: We can arrange for bulk printing, binding, etc. Costs would require a detailed quote.


Q: I'm not very good at dictating - I want my typist to make sense of what I'm saying and for it to appear perfectly in print!
A: We have 20 years of experience putting the spoken word into text. Unless a verbatim reproduction is required, our trained staff will ensure that your document is clear and grammatically correct.


Q: What if my business uses technical terminology?
A: We are familiar with medical and legal terminology and have a good base knowledge of engineering and other professional jargon.


Q: What if my work is very confidential? I worry about trusting it to an outsider.
A: Coming from a prior career in the Legal sector, our founder fully understands the need for confidentiality and we have maintained the highest levels of confidentiality throughout our time in business. Since the Privacy Act came out, maintaining client confidentiality is now the law.
